Piano Accompanist in Las Vegas

A good accompanist does not just play the right notes. She breathes with the singer, follows the violinist's rubato, covers a slip without anyone noticing, and makes the soloist sound better than in the practice room. I am Dr. Maria Pisarenko, D.M.A., a concert pianist trained at the Moscow Central Music School and the Gnessin Academy, and I work as a piano accompanist and collaborative pianist in Las Vegas.

What I accompany

• Auditions: college and conservatory auditions, show and theatre auditions, scholarship auditions.
• Exams: ABRSM and RCM exams for singers and instrumentalists, and school and university juries.
• Competitions and festivals: MTNA, NFMC, LVMTA and other competitions that require a piano part.
• Recitals and concerts: student recitals, degree recitals, chamber programs.
• Recordings: audition videos and pre-screening recordings for college applications.

Who I work with

Singers (classical and musical theatre), violinists, violists, cellists, flutists, clarinetists, saxophonists and other instrumentalists, from young students to professionals.

How it works

• Send me the music and the date as early as you can.
• We rehearse together in my studio in Spring Valley, 9862 W Tompkins Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89147, before the event.
• I come to the audition, exam or recital, or we record together.
• Rehearsals and performances are booked by appointment.
