Piano Lessons for Kids in Las Vegas (Ages 3–5) — A Joyful First Step with Dr. Maria

Preschool piano with Dr. Maria Pisarenko is gentle, playful and structured, made for little hands and short attention spans. Whether your son wants to bang out a dinosaur march or your daughter sings every song from Frozen, the first lessons turn that energy into rhythm, listening and real keys.

What your child gets:

Questions we hear from Las Vegas families

• “Is my 3- or 4-year-old too young?” Readiness matters more than the birthday. If your child can sit for a short activity and follow simple directions, text us and we will tell you honestly.
• “How do you teach a child who can’t read yet?” Through listening, rhythm games, finger numbers and patterns on the keys, before notes on the page.
• “Does Mom or Dad need to sit in?” Ask us how a parent or grandparent can help. A few minutes at home each day makes a big difference.
• “What do we need at home?” A piano or weighted keyboard, a stable bench and a footrest. We help you choose.

First songs for little pianists

Can you imagine playing this yourself? Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star • Let It Go (Frozen) • Baby Shark • Happy Birthday • Do-Re-Mi • How Far I’ll Go (Moana) • The Wheels on the Bus • Golden (KPop Demon Hunters)

Song titles are examples of music students ask about. Dr. Maria arranges them to each student’s level, so recognizable music comes early.

Babies and toddlers: music at home

Before formal lessons, babies and toddlers benefit from singing, rhythm and listening. Play real piano music at home, let your child press the keys, and sing simple songs together. When your child turns three and shows interest, we will be glad to meet you.

Lessons for the whole Las Vegas valley

Lessons take place at Dr. Maria’s private studio in Spring Valley and online. Families from across the valley are welcome, including Summerlin, Henderson, Green Valley, Spring Valley, Southwest Las Vegas, Enterprise, Mountain’s Edge, Rhodes Ranch, Centennial Hills and North Las Vegas.
